If I could, I'd give them a zero. Total SCAM! They processed my payment but never sent the item. I've tried emailing and calling for updates, but no one gets back to me. We really need to figure out how to report them to the consumer bureau, so others don’t get caught in the same mess!

The customer service is just awful, and this is definitely a scam! I bought a dress, but it never showed up. I'm thinking about reaching out to a lawyer and the Better Business Bureau. I really hope this company gets shut down.

You won't ever receive your pricey goods! They don't even take the time to respond. It's straight-up robbery. Seriously, do yourself a favor and steer clear of these folks. They're just downright wicked.

I bought a blazer and received an email from DHL saying my shipment was ready. After waiting a month and reaching out to DHL, they told me they never received the package. Turns out, the love labels never sent it to DHL! Total scam!

I got a tracking number sent to me on September 29, 2022, and an email with a UPS tracking code. The tracking info says it's 'ready to ship,' but I still haven't gotten my item. I reached out to the company via email on October 19, 2022, and they haven't replied.

I placed an order for a leather biker jacket back in November. I got an order confirmation and a number, but then about a week or two later, I received a suspicious tracking number. I call it suspicious because I got two different numbers—one from USPS and another from UPS. As I waited for my jacket, I noticed the days dragging on without it arriving. Eventually, I got an email saying something went wrong in their organization and that my order would be shipped the following week. To this day, I still haven't seen the jacket or heard back from them despite sending multiple emails asking for an update and a refund. Poor customer service is always gonna be the downfall of small businesses.

I wish I could rate them zero stars! This company is just terrible and totally scams people! I placed an order for my jacket in September, but they made a phony label and I got nothing. When I checked with UPS, it still showed the package with the sender. I tried calling, messaging, emailing, and even instant messaging them—nothing! No replies, no jacket! They are crooks and thieves! I'm definitely going to report them!

I haven't gotten my order at all. No replies or anything from the chat on the site or the support email. They don’t pick up the phone either. I'm pretty let down.

Trust me, if you're cool with waiting forever for your stuff, it ain't gonna show up. This brand, Love|Labels, is a total scam. I spent 120 bucks on a blazer, and it never showed. If you decide to roll the dice and order from them anyway—good luck!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS so-called company. If you decide to order, don’t expect to see your stuff. They’ll gladly take your cash and send you emails claiming your items are on the way. Then, they’ll act all shocked when you don’t get them, promising to send replacements… until it’s too late for you to file a complaint with PayPal, which is how I paid, or your credit card. Funny how they went silent on emails right on the 61st day. I had no clue that was a thing, but I’m guessing they did! They kept me hanging on about my pricey blazers, nearly $500 for the pair, just waiting until they thought they were in the clear. But I’m not backing down. This review is just the beginning. You can run, but you can’t hide, folks.

Love and Labels is a total scam! This company is just the worst! I’m not even sure if they’re a legitimate business.

They took my money and never delivered my order. I feel completely ripped off.

If you try to reach out, they’ll just feed you a bunch of lies, assuming they even bother to reply. This is hands down the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Their customer service? Non-existent.

I ordered a dress for a special occasion, placed the order three weeks ahead to dodge any shipping issues, and still got nothing.

My bank looked into it and refunded my money. Thank goodness!

Seriously, do NOT buy anything from Love and Labels. Unless you’re keen on getting scammed and dealing with a headache.

I ordered a stylish leather jacket back in September, and here we are in November, just now getting a notice that they 'made a label' a couple of days ago. No updates since then. From what I've seen, it seems like they just generate the label and don’t actually ship the product. I'm gonna reach out to Discover about this fraud situation. It's a real bummer because I was really excited to get my hands on that leather jacket.

TOTAL SCAM ALERT!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I’ve never encountered a business this deceitful. They take your cash and don’t send your order. All they do is generate a shipping label and THAT’S IT. After reaching out multiple times to ask about your order, you’ll receive ONE EMAIL, AND ONLY ONE, saying 'the order must have gotten lost.' Turns out, there’s nothing to lose because they NEVER shipped it! I jumped the gun and placed my order before checking the reviews, and now I see they pull this stunt ALL THE TIME. They’re STRAIGHT-UP THIEVES. Luckily, when I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company, they were already familiar with their shady practices since SO MANY others have done the same. DO NOT buy anything from these folks. Complete DIRT BAGS. I’ll never make a purchase without checking reviews again. I could’ve saved myself a lot of trouble if I had read the HUNDREDS of reviews about their scams. So if you’re thinking about buying, know that they’re not a legit company. Consider yourself fortunate that you didn’t have to deal with what so many others have faced.

I’d rate them zero stars if I could. I’ve tried buying from this website two times. Each time, they took my money, made a shipping label, and then just ghosted me on sending the product. Their customer support takes forever to reply, and still, no shipment. Plus, they won’t give me a refund. I had to go through my credit card company to dispute the charges.

I spent $195 in November 2021 on some boots and shades. I NEVER GOT WHAT I PAID FOR. I've reached out to the company a few times but haven't heard anything back. I'm starting to wonder if this seemingly nice company is a scam??
